Yes, we can organise a service suitable for large groups using a combination of vehicles. Please complete our quotation form, specifying the number of passengers and details of your journey.
We monitor flight arrivals in real time (one hour's free waiting at airports as soon as the flight arrives, then we charge €75 per hour of waiting). For train stations, in the event of delay (15-minute courtesy wait), after that we charge €50 per hour of waiting time.
Your driver will be informed of any schedule changes and will be waiting for you when you arrive.
In the event of flight or train cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible on +33 1 71 85 39 13. Your transfer order will be put on hold for 24 hours, allowing you to reschedule your transfer at no extra cost or to be refunded in accordance with our cancellation conditions.
